Less than ideal sales department. Only in it for commission. Came to pick up my vehicle after it had been detailed. When looking for a new vehicle, my first stop is at the Southworth Chevrolet website. Recently, I saw a GMC Canyon AT4 was in transit and was what we were looking for. I called Southworth asking to speak with Tom Sittlow, who we have worked with before and were extremely happy. Tom worked with us, providing frequent updates and answers. We purchased the AT4, because it was what we wanted. BUT also, because of the responsive service from Southworth Chevrolet and the staff. We were very happy dealing with Brian on a used Jeep. Our car had been recently been in a accident, but we didn't know what the ins was going to do.
