There is a difference between the website and what they see at the dealership. I signed up for the only service recommended for my car which is full synthetic oil change. There was no clarification when th see at the dealership. I signed up for the only service recommended for my car which is full synthetic oil change. There was no clarification when they serviced it. When I saw they put synth-blend, they told me that’s what they use. KIA says that my car is only supposed to have full synthetic oil. More

Hands down worst car dealership I’ve ever seen. Bought a 2016 Kia Sorento eight months ago from them. Head bolts pulled through block causing water to get into exhaust port and had to have car towed to Kia. 2016 Kia Sorento eight months ago from them. Kias mechanics diagnosed the problem and we contacted our extended warranty provider who is still waiting to hear from Kia two weeks later. The car was towed there on July 12 and this is August 4. Can’t get anyone to return our calls not Joey the service manager or Ron Bailey the GM. Southwest Kia is a joke! A bad Joke! Wish I had never bought anything from them. Oh by the way we had already purchased a new 2010 forte from them. Something must have gone terribly wrong in the past eleven years at this dealership. Stay away! More
