My car has been in the shop for 3 months. Communication is awful, they won’t call you back. They gave me the car back 2 Xs and it’s still isn’t fixed. I have had this car w year 1/2. I made an appointment for 10:30 am. Pleasant place, clean - there was some confusion on why I was there - pamphlet or letter - I got the recall letter, which said the soft ware upgrade would take an hour. Was there early so ended up being the almost 2 hours. On my invoice was a charge of $42.00 - not supposed to have that on a recall! I pointed it out to the young lady and she removed it . Everything went well and the people were great. There was one problem and that was a miscommunication about the process for a recall repair. I was told I would need to leave the car and then later was t was one problem and that was a miscommunication about the process for a recall repair. Instead of arranging it so I would only have to make one trip I had to make two trips. More
