My car has been in the shop for 3 months. Communication is awful, they won’t call you back. They gave me the car back 2 Xs and it’s still isn’t fixed. I have had this car w year 1/2. They are now saying t is awful, they won’t call you back. They gave me the car back 2 Xs and it’s still isn’t fixed. I have had this car w year 1/2. They are now saying they have Kia corporate involved .. still no word. Don’t get cars from Kia . Don’t get maintenance done there . This place is so horrible. I’m making car payments on a car that I don’t have . Go to Toyota More
I made an appointment for 10:30 am. Pleasant place, clean - there was some confusion on why I was there - pamphlet or letter - I got the recall letter, which said the soft ware upgrade would take an hour. Was there early so ended up being the almost 2 hours. On my invoice was a charge of $42.00 - not supposed to have that on a recall! I pointed it out to the young lady and she removed it . So all was good. More
I like coming to the dealership. I bought my car there abs all of service had been done as well. I have moved so won’t be coming there. I will miss it. Everything went well and the people were great. There was one problem and that was a miscommunication about the process for a recall repair. I was told I would need to leave the car and then later was t was one problem and that was a miscommunication about the process for a recall repair. I was told I would need to leave the car and then later was told I didn't need to leave it and I was not told, until I was at the service department that I would have to bring the car back a second time to get the part installed. Instead of arranging it so I would only have to make one trip I had to make two trips. More

Very professional, when we dropped the vehicle off they told us they were backed up. They gave me an estimated start date and held to it. Great service in service department and could not have asked for better service from Antonio Roberson who helped us purchase our lease car.
