My daughter and I have called no less than 20 times about her car. It went in for an oil change last week and they said it needed new front brakes. Not been impressed with the new management. It's been very lacking since they changed. I keep hearing they are getting used to th new system, but it's been at least three months now. Discrepancy with their service department and the websites as far as pricing. New prices are higher than before. Car sits for at least 10-15 minutes before paperwork done. Scheduled service online, was not in their system. Had daughter on another instance wait in waiting room for an additional hour when her car was already done prior. More
I made an appointment for 9:45 and arrives at 9:30. I needed an inspection, oil change, alignment, and fuel system tune up done on my Sedona. Where i got there there was only one person working and because he was trying to get peoples cars back to him it was about 30 minutes before he checked me in. I asked how long it would take and he said a few hours. I asked if i could use the shuttle that was advertised when you schedule on their website and they said the Person that drives wasn’t there. I asked again maybe an hour later and was told the same thing. At about 12:45 I asked if my car would be finished by 1:30-1:45 because I have to pick my child up from school. I was told it would. At 1:30 i go in to ask and I’m told he has to go and check. When he comes back i was told my van is on a lift but he doesn’t think they’ve done anything to it. HUH! I’d been there for almost 4 hours and they did nothing? At that point i told him i had to go and needed my car. He tells me I’m probably going to have to make another appointment and just leave my car there all day. I’ve called a few times to talk to a manager and have not been able to get anyone on the phone. This was literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. More

I find it disappointing that it took two weeks to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up booking the appointment on line because I didn't feel like I was getting any support when appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up booking the appointment on line because I didn't feel like I was getting any support when trying to book an appointment over the phone. I was given no reason for the back-up in getting the services performed. Additionally, when I scheduled on line, I indicated that there was a recall on my vehicle that I wanted completed at the same time as the oil change. I even listed the specific recall number. When I picked up my vehicle and was checking out, the girl behind the desk informed me that the recall had been performed. When I got home I noticed that the paperwork indicated the parts for the recall were not in stock and had been ordered. This service had not been performed so now I have to make arrangements again to have the recall performed. Customer service was definitely lacking. More
