I scheduled a 50,000 mile service. I got an oil change with no inspection. One tire had more air in it than when I arrived but others did not. I did get the other issues I needed resolved checked and part with no inspection. One tire had more air in it than when I arrived but others did not. Techs were great, especially David Corona. Joey Wilhoite Techs were great, especially David Corona. If it wasn't for Joey and David I would have never known about my car and the status of it. The actual service advisors never called me until my car was ready. I left messages for 2 advisors and the service manager to no avail. More
Service department turnover is beyond ridiculous. I have a 2014 Sorento and 2016 Optima, both of which have engine remove and replace recalls, since May of 2021 we have gone in every 1000 miles to perform t a 2014 Sorento and 2016 Optima, both of which have engine remove and replace recalls, since May of 2021 we have gone in every 1000 miles to perform the oil consumption test we were told had to be done for the recall protocol. This last time another line of crap and now that oil consumption test is not what is needed. Let me guess what will happen... jump through their hoops until 100,000 miles are reached and then it will be "oh sorry you are out of warranty." I don't think anyone in the service department knows how to tell the truth. On to the next customer to blow smoke up their xxx so that Kia doesn't have to actually fix anything or warranty the recalls. More
Have been coming here since 2015. Service now is horrible. Bought an Audi from this dealership Dec 2020, told us to please bring it back for service as would like to continue the relationship. Broug horrible. Bought an Audi from this dealership Dec 2020, told us to please bring it back for service as would like to continue the relationship. Brought it back for oil change, tire rotation and inspection Dec 2021. Was asked why we brought an Audi to a Kia service center, then told oil filter would have to be ordered (even though we scheduled the oil change a week in advance), told front tires wouldn’t pass inspection!!!!! Have put 4,900 miles on those tires since we bought it a year ago and now the tires won’t pass. Will NOT be choosing this dealership any longer for service nor next vehicle purchase! Used to be outstanding dealership, has gone downhill in a hurry. More
