The staff is so kind and caring! Look, anybody trained to do an "update" on a recall can do that, expertly, quickly, and knowledgeably - but these guys are stellar! Of particular note was Jimmy Scott, Service Advisor. He felt like an uncle, taking charge of my precious KIA, seeing to it that the update was done. I felt well taken care of! And the front desk administrator, Kylee, counseled me on receiving my Visa gift card. The lovely lady who drove my car back and forth, complimented me on having a stick, and we chatted about that as she expertly multi-tasked her job at the door. This crew is like family. Pretty good except for the receptionist who keep calling customers 'babe' or 'honey'. It does not sound endearing. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly...
