If you’re looking for a dealer that’s incompetent and has no regard for you or your time, and will lie to you, then Southwest Kia of Rockwall is the dealer for you. I made an appointment about two weeks in a no regard for you or your time, and will lie to you, then Southwest Kia of Rockwall is the dealer for you. I made an appointment about two weeks in advance to have some factory recall modifications made to my Kia. On the day of my appointment, I drove about an hour and fifteen minutes to the dealer, spent over three hours in the waiting room, and then I was told that they didn’t have the parts to complete the recall modifications. Rather than just admit that they messed up, I was told that they couldn’t have had the necessary parts on hand because they first had to inspect my Kia to determine what parts were needed. This was a factory recall! They knew all along exactly what was needed. Okay, mistakes happen, but the lying really shows how they treat their customers. More
