I get my oil changed here ever since I bought the car at this dealership. They did an excellent job of servicing my car and looking up any recalls that were due! Dustin deserves 5 stars but parts ordering needs work. They made a mistake by ordering the incorrect part which at the last minute (one day repair) ended up costing me $$1000 more than quoted. Dustin did try to make it right since it was their error but it didn’t allow a lot of time to make a decision on what to do and put me on the spot. Again not Dustin’s fault and I appreciated his help. Cashiers were also great and they even were able to magically get me a loaner which is hard to do since no one had cars. I only have a lower stars because of the error but they did make it right as best they could. More
