The salesman was great! Upper management not so good!! When we were ready to pick the car up and take it, paperwork was not done, the license plate was not ready. They had to go and print it! We have always had good service here. The last vist was not great. We had an appointment for maintainence service at 9:00 am. We were told it would take about 2 hours. Our car was ready at 2:30 pm. That really messed up the rest of our plans for the day. Thankfully, we had asked for a shuttle to take us home and return us when the work was completed. Since the vist we have received an email reviewing other things that need to be done. We were not told about any of those when were there. More

So far it has taken 2 visits for the 2 recalls and the check engine light being on. Dustin was great to work with and was able to get the second visit in the next day after I called. The recalls are out of his control BUT you would think KIA would be producing vehicles with less recalls. I drive 40-45 minutes each time I have to make a visit to the dealership. I am most concerned since I purchased this as a retirement vehicle and was expecting to be able to keep it for awhile after it was paid for!! More
