Came in for an oil change and soon after leaving, my check engine light came on. When I went back to Kia, they said it wasn't their fault and it's probably my gas cap so I should drive my car for about check engine light came on. They said they could read the code, but they would have to charge me. It took a whole day of running around trying to figure out what was wrong with my car just to later learn that Southwest Kia put in the wrong filter. It was the end of the day by the time they fixed that problem. What should've been a simple quick oil change turned into a 9 hour run around. They said they'd refund my oil change, but they didn't. I'm taking my business somewhere else and you might want to too. More
Sold me a car they said nothing was wrong with it. When I took it out of the dealership the engine light was on and they told me that was just needs to be rolled over took it back in three weeks later becaus took it out of the dealership the engine light was on and they told me that was just needs to be rolled over took it back in three weeks later because the engine light was still on. A man told me that there was a issues with my car they needed to fix had to pay additional $250 out of my pocket.They had my car over 2 months. When I came to pick it up drove it down the road the engine light popped on. Turned around and took it back to them and they said my engine was messed up still and that I would have to likely pay for it. They did not get fixed the first time. Never was I offered a rent car. Asmed for said non was avalible. After researching other issues people have. I have found that 70 percent of the people are women that are being sold these cars that have been broken down within a month. I will be investigating it further as I will also be calling corporate. Service is improving. Things were a bit hectic during the change of ownership but each visit since then has been better.
