I brought my car in because a panel near the undercarriage was hanging loose. Initially the item would need to be replaced, but they found they could simply reattach it with equal success, so th undercarriage was hanging loose. Dropped car off early. The guy talked like it wouldn’t take long and we had time to run and eat but it was 2 hours. No call or text so I called and it still wasnt ready. Car wash was very spotty.
