We actually had a great time buying a car. As soon to be parents it was time for a larger vehicle, this seemed like a chore no one wanted to do. When we arrived we were introduced to Austin and I can say we immediately hit it off at a good start. Throughout our experience Austin never seemed worried about himself but, instead our needs. Most salesmen are always worried about their needs and just want to get you in whatever they can. We browsed the lot, talked about our expectations and the dreaded financial matters. Austin was very friendly and sat with us during all our waiting periods such as the credit check, paper work, etc. we all got to know each other and I can say as a first time buyer I had absolutely no added stress thanks to Austins execellent customer service. After purchasing our Kia Soul Austin extended his gratitude to us as customers and followed up with us for the first few days to ensure we were having no unexpected problems with our new vehicle and all was well with everything else.
