Used Car Purchase Unhappy Angelia, I'm sorry but I was not very happy with your sale to me on my 2015 Kia Optima from Saturday night. First of all you lied to me by saying you Angelia, I'm sorry but I was not very happy with your sale to me on my 2015 Kia Optima from Saturday night. First of all you lied to me by saying you could beat my already APPROVED interest rate of 3.9 for my purchase. Wrong you did not by a long shot. You also told me that when they were checking on my credit it would not be a hard hit on my credit score. Lied to me on that too, because it was a very hard hit on my score. Because of your dishonesty I was very very upset and still am. I also feel Iover paid for this car which you never actually told me the price. I found out later in paper work. I have second thoughts on the car because you told me things that sre not true and never even tried to get me a better price. It was closing time and I felt really pressured which I was and basicly I feel like you could have done me a better job. I feel you pushed me hard because you wanted to make that sale and you dod all in about 30 minute time frame. I am considering bringing the car back to you as we speak and going somewhere else who will be honest and maje me a better offer. Patti Hays More
