Consider yourself warned. You may be their next victim. Before we parked a representative made his way to us, he was a tall fellow with a glow of kindness, Matthew greeted us with a firm handshake and a warm smile. He was very friendly and to the point. We wanted a new(er) car. He showed us around after asking us our wants, needs, and preferences. To our dissatisfied we couldn't get approved on the automobile we wanted... So, my family traveled home. We corresponded back and forth for a few days on our realistic options, then my fuel pump went out and we needed a car right then. Matthew worked to us get into a vehicle as soon as possible. We have been truly blessed to have met the Salesforce at Southwest Kia in Rockwall, Tx. The whole team was polite and very respectful. They got the job done ASAP when my family needed it. A few days later, We we're contacted by our lender:"By Law, a lending institution cannot require a customer to purchase an extended warranty, GAP insurance, credit life, disability, or any other backend finance products." And my wife and I was told that the lender would not approve our loan without buying these packages. "Never let a car dealer tell you that you must purchase an extended warranty before lender will approve you for a car loan. This is false and illegal." Days before writing this add I contacted Matthew and asked him for an explanation, he said he would find an answer to voiding the packages and return my call. Still nothing. We we're sad that Southwest Kia of Rockwall is just a shark in the bloody waters! More

I know car salesmen get a bad rep of not being honest and upfront but not Jim. He was honest with me from start to finish. He didn't treat me as a customer but as a friend. I got the same treatment from James in finance as well. He explained everything from A to Z. These guys are awesome. They make you feel welcomed the minute you walk through the door. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a car. You won't regret it. I'm still smiling from ear to ear. More

Mathew Forman is the Man!!!! I went to find a vehicle for my 17 yr old daughter with not a huge budget. That didn’t matter to Mathew and I felt like I received the same attention I went to find a vehicle for my 17 yr old daughter with not a huge budget. That didn’t matter to Mathew and I felt like I received the same attention and care as if I was buying a brand new top of the line with all the bells and whistles, which made the experience to say the least, painless. The whole staff at the dealership was top notch from my direct contact Mathew to the manager and the finance department. To wrap it up, I’ve got one happy kid!!! If you are reluctant in any way with the car buying experience I say rest easy and get your butt to Southwest Kia!!! Ask for Mathew Forman!!!! More
