Southwest Kia of Rockwall consistently lists used demo cars as new cars without any indication in their advertisements that the "new" cars are actually used cars. This is in violation of Texas State law (Texas Administrative Code Title 43 Sect. 215.255), and I have reported this violation to the Texas Attorney General and the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. If you want to know the real business practices of this dealership, google "Southwest Kia Federal Trade Commission" to see the past shady business practices Southwest Kia of Rockwall engaged in. In our case, Southwest Kia listed a Kia Soul VIN # KNDJN2A22H7462483 as a new vehicle in late April. The dealer gave us the run around on this vehicle, and would not give us an OTD price without us coming in. When it was sold on May 2nd to another person, this vehicle had 11,800 miles on it according to the Carfax Report that we pulled. This is not an isolated incident since there were also other vehicles listed as new that Southwest Kia admitted via email were demo vehicles. More
