Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Amazing Customer Service I had a really good experience at Southwest Kia of Rockwall. I was originally set on financing a 2016 GMC Terrain. When I arrived, Russell came out an I had a really good experience at Southwest Kia of Rockwall. I was originally set on financing a 2016 GMC Terrain. When I arrived, Russell came out and talked to us. I told him I was interested in this vehicle and I was very direct about it. Rather than trying to sell me another vehicle, he listened. I was able to test drive it and it is what I wanted. After the test drive, Russell took my information and ran the numbers. Unfortunately, he informed me that a used car would not be in my best interest because there wouldn't be any incentives and would actually cost me more than purchasing a new vehicle. I was unaware of this up until this point. I told him I wanted to look at SUVs and he pointed me in the direction to vehicles I could possibly afford. I was able to test drive both a 2020 Niro and a 2020 Sportage. Unfortunately, the monthly payments were still too high when he ran the numbers. He asked if I would be interested in a 2020 Forte. I wasn't all that interested because it wasn't an SUV, but I knew that regardless of my feelings toward the situation I had to make a vehicle purchase because my 2016 Ford Fiesta was accumulating too many miles (86,000). Russell was able to give me all of the details of the Forte and allowed me to test drive it. He also found one on the lot that had a black interior, alloy wheels, and was dark in color. He listened to the options I wanted and didn't try to sell me on other things. He was very straightforward and to the point and seemed honest. He was able to get my payments closer to my budget. He also made the experience more accommodating so that my mother (previous co-signer) didn't have to make the 40 mile trip to Rockwall to spend 5 minutes to sign a paper. We spent approximately 3.5 hrs for the whole process, which to me was pretty quick. He was very knowledgeable about Kia models as well as other makes and models. He also taught me about all of the features that my car had, which was nice because I didn't have to spend much time reading through the manual. Coburn in finance (sp) was also very helpful and quick about signing papers. I feel he could have explained my interest rate and other facets of the contract, but maybe that is just how it is in the car financing world. I left Kia of Rockwall happy and so far it has been a great experience driving my new vehicle. I didn't think I would be leaving that day with a new car. More

Excellent Buying Experience I researched SUV's and drove several before selecting the Kia Sportage EX. Danny met us and made us comfortable immediately. He said they had a gray Sportage EX that had just arrived. In fact, it didn't even have all the protective covering off. It had 2 miles on it and after driving it I decided it was the SUV that I wanted. Danny worked on the negation for us and got us a good, fair price. I appreciate the quick transaction. Before I took possession of the SUV, Danny went over all the functions on the Sportage EX. Lots to learn but he is patient! We appreciated his help in trying to give us a great experience. More
