I should've known walking into this place for a 5pm appointment and was kept waiting around for an hour. Fast-forward 60 mins, I walked in pre approved via kia finance with set down payment and a month appointment and was kept waiting around for an hour. Fast-forward 60 mins, I walked in pre approved via kia finance with set down payment and a monthly payment in mind. I also factored in all the fluff on top of the down (tax title doc fee etc). The finance dept was unable to pull my pre approval. I redid the app on my phone (security conscious individual here), my pre approval still didn't show up. I submitted myself to filling out the app on their tablet and it finally showed up in their system. The payments presented to me were off by $200/mo. I asked for the cause of the high monthly payment, I was told that the website is never accurate... hmm, this is Kia. com's finance website. I guess kia as a company either has corrupt software or this dealership can't honor what Kia.com advertises and disguises their markup as "accurate calculations". No further details were provided so I walked my sorry behind out. O well, on to a different manufacturer that advertises more accurately 🤞 More

Just a heads to all those Telluride buyers. This dealership is trying to charge 4-8k over sticker price. Know that paying over sticker is a ridiculous proposition and a horrible investment. SW Kia p dealership is trying to charge 4-8k over sticker price. Know that paying over sticker is a ridiculous proposition and a horrible investment. SW Kia paid the normal price for the vehicle from Kia but are trying to gouge potential buyers because of demand. I recommend going to the Kia dealership in Corinth. They are not trying to extort their buyers and are charging the sticker price for a telluride. More

Bought a new Sorento there last year, but won't buy there again. Tried to buy another vehicle and was treated horribly. Brought deal in for price match for a 2020 Optima, all they had was 2019's. Said they c again. Tried to buy another vehicle and was treated horribly. Brought deal in for price match for a 2020 Optima, all they had was 2019's. Said they couldn't do it. Sales Manager was supposed to meet with me, and we even texted when I was five minutes away, when I arrived the sales manager had left. Her replacement a female comes out and tells me the manager left prior to my arrival. The replacement saleslady acted like I interrupted her dinner. I showed her the other dealers'quote, she says "let me show it to my manager". Literally 2 minutes later, she comes out and says "it's not the same model year, we can't do it". There car was one year older LOL. Then instead of asking me if I wanted to see something else (which I had expressed interest in a new K5), this saleslady, hands my paper back, and just walks away. I've purchased 2 vehicles there, one for my Wife, the other for my Son. But it will never happen again. More
