I’ve given these guys a great in the past, and I’ll do it again in a heartbeat. The Kia that I purchased from them was very difficult vehicular to come by, typically selling before thay can get them on the l again in a heartbeat. To complicate things further, Kia does not allow preorders in the trims and packages in advance due to the popularity of the car I wanted. Worst service department ever, I love my Kia but this dealerships service department is a shambles. We bought a service package when buying the car and we’re very happy to have everything done through th dealerships service department is a shambles. We bought a service package when buying the car and we’re very happy to have everything done through the official dealership as that’s what we thought would be best for the car, every time we went to have an oil change we would wait a minimum of 1.5 hours to 2 hours, and then when asking how much longer it would take they give you back chat and rudeness. Also asked to lie on email feedback for a free tank of gas which because we filled a box incorrect for them but right for the service experience we weren’t allowed our free gas. We had a “patch” on a tire done only for weeks later to go to a real tire shop when the tire started going down again and for them to tell us we had a very bad plug put in our tire which they fixed for half the price. The last oil change there they didn’t change our sticker or reset the service miles which makes me wander what they also didn’t do as they are the only things you can see. Overall I rate them overpriced, rude, gimmicky, waste of time and they left a seriously bad taste in my mouth, I won’t go back to that dealership for anything. More
