Normally I love going here but my recent experience was not as good. I waited for two hours for a simple oil change when I had scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance. I believe I had one more prepai not as good. I waited for two hours for a simple oil change when I had scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance. I believe I had one more prepaid visit in my account but because of the new turnover they were not able to check. So after waiting 2 hours I also had to pay $50, I could have saved time and money if I had gone somewhere else. I can’t even select who worked with me, I got no names; and usually I know names and have great conversations with the workers but I recognized no one from my previous visits. Whatever happened really messed with the quality of this place, you must have run off a bunch of good workers. More
