Was not thorough on vehicle service oil change. Did not fill up my windshield wiper fluid twice and did not reset the oil change message initially. The manager did give me a free oil change the 2nd time a fill up my windshield wiper fluid twice and did not reset the oil change message initially. The manager did give me a free oil change the 2nd time around ( At this point was wondering if my old change was even done because the message was I was at 2% oil and just got my oil changed) but the tech still forgot to fill up my windshield wiper fluid the second time. Gotta do better. More
I dropped my car off at 7:15am on a Tuesday and was told I would hear back from someone at noon that day and never heard from anyone. My daughter and I have called no less than 20 times about her car. It went in for an oil change last week and they said it needed new front brakes. She asked for an estimate and the advisor said he would c her car. It went in for an oil change last week and they said it needed new front brakes. Not been impressed with the new management. It's been very lacking since they changed. I keep hearing they are getting used to th new system, but it's been at least three months now. Discrepancy with their service department and the websites as far as pricing. New prices are higher than before. Car sits for at least 10-15 minutes before paperwork done. Scheduled service online, was not in their system. Had daughter on another instance wait in waiting room for an additional hour when her car was already done prior. More
I made an appointment for 9:45 and arrives at 9:30. I needed an inspection, oil change, alignment, and fuel system tune up done on my Sedona. Where i got there there was only one person working and becau needed an inspection, oil change, alignment, and fuel system tune up done on my Sedona. Where i got there there was only one person working and because he was trying to get peoples cars back to him it was about 30 minutes before he checked me in. I asked how long it would take and he said a few hours. I asked if i could use the shuttle that was advertised when you schedule on their website and they said the Person that drives wasn’t there. I asked again maybe an hour later and was told the same thing. At about 12:45 I asked if my car would be finished by 1:30-1:45 because I have to pick my child up from school. I was told it would. At 1:30 i go in to ask and I’m told he has to go and check. When he comes back i was told my van is on a lift but he doesn’t think they’ve done anything to it. HUH! I’d been there for almost 4 hours and they did nothing? At that point i told him i had to go and needed my car. He tells me I’m probably going to have to make another appointment and just leave my car there all day. I’ve called a few times to talk to a manager and have not been able to get anyone on the phone. This was literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. More
Bailee, Danny and Tom (Finance) made this purchase so easy. Dealing with a different dealership we had been waiting over a month for our K5 and Bailee walked us through how to get released from that nigh easy.
