I scheduled a 50,000 mile service. I got an oil change with no inspection. One tire had more air in it than when I arrived but others did not. Joey Wilhoite went above and beyond to help me since I could never get in contact with anybody from the Techs were great, especially David Corona. Joey Wilhoite went above and beyond to help me since I could never get in contact with anybody from the actual service department. The call center is a joke. If it wasn't for Joey and David I would have never known about my car and the status of it. The actual service advisors never called me until my car was ready. I left messages for 2 advisors and the service manager to no avail. More
