So far it has taken 2 visits for the 2 recalls and the check engine light being on. Dustin was great to work with and was able to get the second visit in the next day after I called. The recalls are out of his control BUT you would think KIA would be producing vehicles with less recalls. I drive 40-45 minutes each time I have to make a visit to the dealership. I am most concerned since I purchased this as a retirement vehicle and was expecting to be able to keep it for awhile after it was paid for!! More

Came in for an oil change and soon after leaving, my check engine light came on. When I went back to Kia, they said it wasn't their fault and it's probably my gas cap so I should drive my car for about check engine light came on. They said they could read the code, but they would have to charge me. It took a whole day of running around trying to figure out what was wrong with my car just to later learn that Southwest Kia put in the wrong filter. It was the end of the day by the time they fixed that problem. What should've been a simple quick oil change turned into a 9 hour run around. They said they'd refund my oil change, but they didn't. I'm taking my business somewhere else and you might want to too. More

Friendly sales staff but hidden fees for unwanted options above asking price . (Low jack, paint protection). Finally had them agree to remove when I was walking out the door. Took 2 weeks to get the windshield fixed and car delivered. Way to long. The rate quoted for financing was twice the going rate and not competitive at all.
