We have always had good service here. The last vist was not great. We had an appointment for maintainence service at 9:00 am. We were told it would take about 2 hours. Our car was ready at 2:30 pm. Tha not great. We had an appointment for maintainence service at 9:00 am. We were told it would take about 2 hours. Our car was ready at 2:30 pm. That really messed up the rest of our plans for the day. Thankfully, we had asked for a shuttle to take us home and return us when the work was completed. Since the vist we have received an email reviewing other things that need to be done. We were not told about any of those when were there. More
