Southwest Kia of Rockwall gave me the best car buying experience! I went in and told them exactly what vehicle I wanted, what features I had to have and how much I wanted my payment at. Danny was very nice to work with but the dealership as a whole was not, was promised to have the audio restored to factory condition after purchasing the car, was told they finished it so I came to pick it whole was not, was promised to have the audio restored to factory condition after purchasing the car, was told they finished it so I came to pick it up and the subwoofer was not working, told them that’s oem and they told me I already negotiated the price on the car so far down that they couldn’t do anything “extra” for me ?
