The gentleman that helped me with the sales was nice but promised me floor mats and never provided them. This is months later and still nothing. I asked several times. I won’t beg for anything. My husband almost wrecked yesterday because of the cheap floor mats that were provided to be used temporarily slid under his gas pedal. I am pissed because my child was in the vehicle when this happened. Financing department was nice at first but once I decided I didn’t want the warranties that were thrown in without my permission, he completely changed. Liked the dealership at first but not after I found out everything added to the deal. I was desperate for a vehicle because I had no way to get to work. Taking advantage of people is not right. I don’t usually go out of my way to say anything but I won’t allow someone to advantage of me ever again. I had xxxx trying to go back and forth getting added warranties taken off of the deal. I felt so disrespected towards the end that even though this vehicle has been having an issue with one of the tires wobbling while driving since the day it was purchased, that I didn’t even want to go back into the dealership. P.s. I will get my own mats and take my service to an honest dealership. More
This place gives exceptional service to its customers. Went here for a maintenance check and they were responsive, polite, quick, and expedient. They washed my car after servicing it and the entire experience was just great in general. 10/10 More

(Service department) WORST Customer Service ever. I dropped my car off on a Monday & never once received a call or any type of information from the service advisor, Sabino, the entire time. I had to I dropped my car off on a Monday & never once received a call or any type of information from the service advisor, Sabino, the entire time. I had to call him on the following Thursday to get any info. His excuse was that he thought his work phone was messed up. He said they’d keep it for one more day. I never heard anything the next day, until I called and asked for information. I decided I’d just go ahead & pick it up that Friday. When I picked it up, I discovered they had put 77 miles on my car within under a week using almost half a tank of gas. With gas prices this high, that was hard on my wallet. When I went back inside to tell Sabino, he acted as if he didn’t believe me, then did the math based on the mileage when I brought it in & stumbled on an excuse about traffic during test drives. Then he said they could never get my car to duplicate the issue I took it in for. Yet my car has done it every time I've started it up since picking up my car. Including the minute I got on the highway after leaving Kia. Then, when I was braking on my way home from picking up my car, my steering wheel started shaking violently. There is also an odd noise when I turn my car on. Neither of these issues occurred before taking my car in to be serviced. I called Sabino and have left 5 voicemails since Friday 5/27 with no response. Which shouldn't surprise me since he has never once made one phone call to me throughout this entire process. Yet when I called the direct service line listed on my invoice, Sabino himself answered the phone. I asked if who his supervisor is, and he told me it was Kirk. I left a voicemail for the service manager, Kirk over a week ago, but never heard back. I plan to drive up there to talk to him in person. There has always been some kind of issue every time I go to Kia in Rockwall but this one takes the cake. Terrible customer service. I strongly do NOT recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location. I’ll be going to Kia in Plano from now on. More

Work was done quickly, which is a huge plus for me. My service rep Dustin kept me updated on the work being done on my car. If I ever buy another kia, it will be from Southwest Kia.
