If I could leave a ten-star review, I would do so without hesitation! During mid-July, my sister and her husband searched for a new vehicle for the family. They had their eyes set on a Kia Carnival. We were helped by Te'ler Smith at Southwest Kia of Rockwall throughout our entire journey. We have nothing but positive things to say about Ms. Smith. She was friendly and incredibly welcoming during all of our visits. She was also very transparent; we had to place a custom order (due to the lack of desired vehicle color), and she made sure we were aware of how tedious the wait could be. Ultimately, we canceled the custom and purchased a Carnival on the lot. Ms. Smith reviewed our options thoroughly and handed us off to Antoine Roberson. Usually, purchasing a vehicle is a miserable process due to lengthy contracts and confusing vocabulary, but Mr. Roberson made it easy and fun!
