The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Will never recommend their service ever! Dustin never returned a phone call. Promised a rental car but never delivered it. Said he was dialing th Will never recommend their service ever! Dustin never returned a phone call. Promised a rental car but never delivered it. Said he was dialing the wrong number but I gave him my mobile number and he never returned a call! Said, we would get a new engine but that didn’t happen either. I asked to speak with the Manager but that didn’t happen either. They kept my car for 2 1/2 weeks! Did not call me when my car was ready! I had to call them each time. The engine was on recall so I should have gotten a new one but that didn’t happen! Now the hood on my car will not stay open but it did before they worked on it! Plan to consult an Attorney because this type of treatment is totally unacceptable! More
