Great personal service sales professionals. We were attended to within 10 minutes of arrival. All our questions and concerns were addressed as we looked for a vehicle for my wife. As a result of this attention to detail, not only did we buy a new car instead of used, we bought two, trading in mine which I had no intention when we arrived. But because Queenie (our salesperson) was so patient and helpful we found it was cheaper than our original plan. Great job, totally cool, and second time buying 2@once with KIA!!😄 More

If you are looking for a fair dealership I’d recommend you keep looking, there are many Kia dealerships in the DFW area. Be sure to read Yelp and Google reviews about Southwest Kia of Rockwall, especially you keep looking, there are many Kia dealerships in the DFW area. Be sure to read Yelp and Google reviews about Southwest Kia of Rockwall, especially regarding “bait and switch”. In my opinion Southwest Kia of Rockwall is the type of dealership that makes a bad situation worse and takes advantage of a tough market. After looking at the sticker price displayed on their website, I drove 1.5 hours to this dealership to purchase the vehicle. Get there and salesperson informs me the sales manager is going to add a markup to the sales price. Huh, so the sticker price isn’t correct now? The price on the website isn’t correct? Comes back with a $10,000 markup added to MSRP. Says this is a hot car and other dealerships are doing it or adding options, as if that justifies it. At least with options you actually get something. I look over at their “code of ethics” sign on the wall, laugh and walk out. Don’t believe what you see on their website they will change prices on you. If you do decide to go here, before making any purchase I’d recommend calling other Kia dealerships to compare. Best of luck. Hope your gamble to work with this dealership works in your favor. More
