If I could leave a ten-star review, I would do so without hesitation! During mid-July, my sister and her husband searched for a new vehicle for the family. They had their eyes set on a Kia Carnival. We were helped by Te'ler Smith at Southwest Kia of Rockwall throughout our entire journey. We have nothing but positive things to say about Ms. Smith. She was friendly and incredibly welcoming during all of our visits. She was also very transparent; we had to place a custom order (due to the lack of desired vehicle color), and she made sure we were aware of how tedious the wait could be. Ultimately, we canceled the custom and purchased a Carnival on the lot. Ms. Smith reviewed our options thoroughly and handed us off to Antoine Roberson. Usually, purchasing a vehicle is a miserable process due to lengthy contracts and confusing vocabulary, but Mr. Roberson made it easy and fun! I see the problem with Sabino not calling service customers was never addressed. My wife set up an appointment to get our Stinger AC fixed on the 19th. She never got an appointment confirmation call from Sabino telling her what to expect, where to go, and can she have a loaner since she's leaving it numerous days. All things that would have saved her time and money. Instead he says he called everyone but he didn't call her. He finally acknowledged that after insisting he did. Then he tells her no loaner and he rescheduled her for 5 days from today to do the same thing she was there for today. To check her car in to get it fixed. So she drove up there for nothing because he didn't take the time to call and answer some very important questions so she could be prepared to leave her car for her service appointment. I called to speak to the service director and all he did was acknowledge they made mistakes and apologized but gave no resolution. Just basically said sorry and when it comes in next time he will try and make sure it gets in a fixed quickly. If I knew my guy dropped the ball and didn't do something that caused my customer to waste time money and pushed them back another week to get their car in for NO AC in texas heat after already waiting 10 days I would've done alot more than say sorry. More
