Dealing with them from a distance was a nightmare. Basically demanded I buy the car online just to place a deposit to hold it, couldn't come to agreement. Not all deals go smoothly, but how a dealer handles a bad deal tells me a lot. We bought a used car and they broke the back glass in detailing after paperwork was done and it was ours. They tried to replace it with cheap aftermarket glass and send us on our way hoping we wouldn’t notice it didn’t fit and the defroster didn’t work. It took 6 weeks, almost daily calls and text messages, and a lot of pressure to get them to resolve with the right glass. All so unnecessary and shows their priorities are the bottom line miles ahead of you as a customer. Most of their deals I’m sure go well. But if yours starts like ours, buyer beware. More
