I was not very happy with my experience. The beginning was great! Antoine reached out to me via email with a video showing me a 2023 white telluride! It was beautiful 😍 i loved it from the video but it had bucket seats. I am a nanny who serves a family where the mom is a pastor and the father is dealing with liver failure. I needed a bigger car to make it more pleasant for the children. Long story short, I signed the documents at 9:30pm on a wednesday. After driving 2 hours to get there and sitting through the process about 3 hours. Not only did my credit score go from 715 to a 645 because the finance guy decided to keep asking until there was a hit, I wasn’t particularly satisfied with the deal and wanted to wait until morning to make the decision. He said it would only be effective if i signed that night. The way home I knew something wasn’t right. The next day I heard noises in the dash specifically when I would turn. So i wondered if it had anything to do with the AC i turned it off and I no longer heard the noises. Later that day I had a pocketbook in the door, when i picked it up the bottom was soaked and wet. I called the dealership maybe 4 days in a row and drove over an hour maybe 3 days after the sell asking if I could either get something different or give it back so I can get something better. I was given the run around. Told management was in meetings and the finance guy when I spoke to him did not express ANY concern. He was more concerned and happy with a sell than he was customer satisfaction. He said to me it was already complete and had received his deposit and in Texas there’s rules etc. when when Inwalk out the door basically there’s nothing he can do. I should come back in 6 months and refinance or trade it in. But we all know it’s up to the dealership. Terrible thing to say to someone. Absolutely rTerrible. UPDATE: a week after buying the car I was contacted by a different manager (Alex) who told me to bring the car back so it could be inspected and he would put me in a loaner. Alex is a great leader. I felt concern and consideration to me Alex should be CEO of this company. He makes things happen. No, my loaner wasn’t ready and the team that handles the mechanical side wasn’t aware of my situation but when they made a call to Alex, he updated them and they got me squared away immediately. I love that. When people are go through a hard time in life — business isn’t just business. You have the opportunity to change someone’s life. This man has a liver disease and I can’t just leave when I want. So driving back and forth isn’t easy or convenient especially when Im not very satisfied or if I believe my service isn’t valued as a customer. If it’s just money to you and not passion — you will just trample over people. But when it’s passion, I will bring more customers to you and money is eassssssy. More
We tried for months to get our local dealership to find the car we wanted for our daughters 16th birthday. They wouldn’t do anything extra to find us one. They just said maybe one will Come in. These are Great people. Our salesman, Shane, went above and beyond, not only to find the exact car we were looking for, but also to make our deal as easy as possible. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new kia to give these guys a chance. More

This is the only KIA dealership in DFW still refusing to back off pricing 20% OVER MSRP for a 2024 Carnival. Sales manager admitted me to my face he was greedy, “yeah, I’m gonna make a boat load of money off this car, but it might not be from you”. I think he got offended that I countered his ridiculous $64k quote with vehicle MSRP of 49535. They must think the residents of Rockwall are too uninformed to know better. Prove them wrong - take your business to literally anyone else. More
