After talking back and forth with my salesman Zack via text and phone I gave him one final offer on a deal we were working and let him know I would block him from calling (this was after many calls receiv text and phone I gave him one final offer on a deal we were working and let him know I would block him from calling (this was after many calls received) or text if they couldn't or wouldn't except my offer. He spoke to the sales manager Richard, and told me he said to come on in. They agreed to my offer. When I arrived at the dealership they gave me to another salesman that was nice but had concerns over the deal. We called Richard the sales manager over to confirm and he did. The salesman wrote up the deal and took it to the general manager for approval and was told they wouldn't honour it. I told the GM that my salesman had been told the deal was already approved by Richard and I had drove 45 minutes in traffic only for them to do a BAIT AND SWITCH. Buyer BEWARE . . . they won't stand behind their WORD. More

Worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. First of all the inside is like a frat house!
