we live in tyler tx about 100 miles from southwest kia. we were luered into this dealership with a blank check in the mail they said they would pay off our trade at the original purchase price. original pr we were luered into this dealership with a blank check in the mail they said they would pay off our trade at the original purchase price. original price was $29000 we owed $22000 they allowed $16000. they gave us a card for free maintanance for 1 or 2 years the salesman mr kravitz said we could use at any kia dealership. it can only be used at southwest kia. mr kravitz didnt call for a payoff on our trade, he looked at the website where i paid our car payments, the principal balance was $22000, the payoff balance was $126 moore. i had to pay the diferance.we saw a pile of papers on the floor the top paper had personal information on a customer name address social security number.not a very secure place. The salesman Don has no clue what he is doing nor does he know anything about his inventory. We told this idiot many times that we wanted a silver car with the grey interior, not the red interior. He searche know anything about his inventory. We told this idiot many times that we wanted a silver car with the grey interior, not the red interior. He searched the whole state of Texas and found a car in Houston that had what we wanted. He had them deliver it and we went to pick it up and guess what, it had red interior. This car is for a 70 year old lady and all she wanted was a silver and grey car. This scumbag sold her this car and told her that it had everything she wanted. Now, my grandma is completely upset because she has a car that she doesn't want and Don, Paul Morgan and KIA could care less. They already got the sell. !!!! Do not go to KIA Rockwall!!!! More
