Craig was excellent as a service advisor. He said they would wash the car & vacuum it for us. When we picked up the car, Craig had already left for the day and Michael or Mike helped us. The hood, top of the car & the trunk had dirt all over it. I pointed this out to Michael/Mike and he was very disinterested in helping us. I pointed out that all they need is some water & a rag to dry it with. He looked at it and said, Oh, we just run I through the automatic car wash. and claimed that the dirt on the car would have to be scrubbed off. I pointed out to him that that is not true. I licked my finger & wiped the dirt right off. He said we could pay for a car wash if we wanted one, but he wasn't going to try & clean it - even though we were told it would be clean. He was not interested in helping at all, he just turned & walked away. Extremely unprofessional!!! It would be very difficult for me to recommend this dealership to any of my friends when you treat customers this way. More
Always thought dealwrships would be ovwr priced, but they’re cheaper than any place I’ve looked into for oil change. Always good service. Always accepts walk ins, and usually pretty quick. Even when bus they’re cheaper than any place I’ve looked into for oil change. Always good service. Always accepts walk ins, and usually pretty quick. Even when busy. They have a couple computers free to use, and charging stations. A few couches and free coffee and water. U can buy snacks for cheap around the corner also. Sometimes they’ll vacuum the car for free which is always a bonus. I won’t go anywhere else for oil change More
My car has been there two times recently. . First time for 10 days. Second was to check it out again. My car is still running horrible. Was told to bring it back for a couple of days to leave my car. I am extremely upset by the by the way I have been treated by your Ashley in the service department but most of all about my car not being repaired. I have so much more than needs to be said.
