I gave you a 1-star rating because I could not go lower and advance to the next screen. Mike Ellis I believe was his last name and the service department was of little to no use to me. He expected me to assume the bill for a rental 5 to 7 days before my vehicle would even be put on a diagnostic machine. Of course I left and went & saw Clay!!! Service Manager Jamie over in Iriving had my car on the diagnostic machine within 45 minutes of me getting there. I will never never ever go back to Southwest Kia in Mesquite!!! More

Had a 9am appointment for oil change, they said it would be 2 1/2 hours till they could get us in!!?? We had a piece of trim that was damaged before we got the car. It took 4 months to come in and when they be 2 1/2 hours till they could get us in!!?? We had a piece of trim that was damaged before we got the car. It took 4 months to come in and when they went to install it they saw it was bent!!?? They didn’t even know it was damaged when it came in!!?? We will have to wait another 4 to 6 months!!??
