Even though I had to wait an hour when my sales agent saw me sitting outside on his arrival, he sa My service was excellent...oil change and car wash! Even though I had to wait an hour when my sales agent saw me sitting outside on his arrival, he said hello and offered me water, etc. Just seeing that smiling face (I love Mike Jones) as well as that "I can get it done attitude" of my service technician when I told him I had to leave really made the wait worth it. My only caveat is that my window sticker never stays on - the last one came off and I managed to find it but with this service I am not sure what happened to it. By the time I got home it was gone.
