Cruise control Occassionally cruise control would turn itself off when one of the lights would come on. Gary explained it was a safety factor. After some checking he discovered there was a recall on our 2011 Sorento so he immediately had it scheduled for repairs that same day. It had something to do with the gear shift. We are always pleased with the work done with our car when we take it in. Gary is always very professional and also very friendly and funny. He is a great guy.. Kia of Mesquite is our go to place for all our repairs especially since we live right across the highway. Kudos to Southwest Kia of Mesquite. More

Last Visit My last service visit was very lacking to say the least. Greeted ok but even though it was raining and I didn't expect the car to be washed I did expe My last service visit was very lacking to say the least. Greeted ok but even though it was raining and I didn't expect the car to be washed I did expect it to be vacuumed out. The plastic seat cover was left on the seat and keys in the car. I have already prepaid for the next years or I would go somewhere else. I have to drive over 100 miles one way to get my car serviced. Not happy !! More

The Only Place for Service I would never think of going anywhere else for servicing for my car than SW Kia and having David Newbauer handle everything for me. He is completely trustworthy, and the service department is excellent. Every one there is very friendly. I am grateful for such a trustworthy place and personnel. Pay now , save later I had to buy tires for my wife`s Spectra 5 and brought it in for an alignment. Gary, my service adviser, pulled our service records up and suggested I had to buy tires for my wife`s Spectra 5 and brought it in for an alignment. Gary, my service adviser, pulled our service records up and suggested me getting the 90,000 mile service done while I was at the shop. The car was right at 93,000 miles ,I knew we needed to get the services done, and I know that S.W.Kia could be trusted to perform all the required services at a competitive price. Gary was able to get me a considerable discount on my bill. All the work was done right at a reasonable price. We had an unexpected cost occur when a leaking radiator was discovered and again Gary worked his magic to save me a great deal of money on that also. Gary also to my surprise, threw-in a wash/detail and a set of wiper blades. I have and will continue coming to Southwest Kia and continue to tell everyone of such a great job that you do. While I was there , I talked with Quinton and took a test drive in a new Forte hatchback. Again ,no high pressure. When I picked up my car ,I also talked with Mike Stanton, which I have known for a long time. He too is very informative and helpful, not to mention friendly each time that I visit. Oh ,and when I was paying my bill with the delightful Perla, Quinton introduced me to Hoss. He was very nice to tell me that he would me us a great deal at trade-in time with a sizable discount, that is always good to hear. Keep up the great work! More
