Awesome customer service and maintenance performed! Took my 2014 Kia Optima in for scheduled service and was greeted by David Newbauer. He immediately got the car into service. No sooner had I sat down Took my 2014 Kia Optima in for scheduled service and was greeted by David Newbauer. He immediately got the car into service. No sooner had I sat down in the nice visitors lounge, David came to notify me that there was recall for door sensors to be replaced and said it would take about 2-3 hours. I stated I had some errands to run and requested a loaner. Fortunately David was able to get me a loaner and off I went. I returned 3 hours later and my car was washed and ready. Best part was that I received a free year of scheduled maintenance and wasn't charged for this service or the recall work done. Great experience and customer service. So glad I purchased my optima here. More

Excellent Service I showed up around 5:00 pm without an appointment. The warning light for low tire pressure had come on. My Kia Optima was due for an oil change, and I read on yelp that SW Kia was the place to go... The competition had too many bad reviews, and away I went. SW Kia is farther for me to drive, but well worth it. These guys are truly there for customer service. This is my new dealership. More
