I was told that my cars engine was cleaned of oil, chalked to find two oil leaks and that my battery was “leaking” KIA wrote a ridiculous estimate close to two thousand before tax to fix the “suppose chalked to find two oil leaks and that my battery was “leaking” KIA wrote a ridiculous estimate close to two thousand before tax to fix the “supposed” issues. I took it to another shop. No one had done anything to the engine except visualize. I have photos. There was oil on the engine still, leaves stuck on top. There was no issue with my battery leaking. No issue with it at all and there was only one oil leak not two which they fixed for less than $300. I was charged for a service that Your company didn’t even provide, not to mention that your company was completely Trying to have me pay for services that were not just or due. Terrible experience. I won’t be back. I told everyone I know about the situation so that they can avoid the Same disservice. More
The dealer kept my car all day just to tell me the part they needed had to be ordered. They inconvenienced me whole day. No apologies no nothing. Had my car towed because it wouldn’t crank, kept at the shop for 4 days for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do but change my spark plugs and my engine would have to break down in order fo shop for 4 days for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do but change my spark plugs and my engine would have to break down in order for them to know exactly what’s causing my spark plugs to burn out quick. In all my 6 years that I’ve visited this location, even when I initially bought my car, I’ve never had such poor communication with an advisor. The tone of the advisor was very dry, condescending, and lacked compassion . More
