Lack of Communication The first visit I had at this service center was fantastic!! Everyone was friendly, caring, and communicative. The past two experiences have been le The first visit I had at this service center was fantastic!! Everyone was friendly, caring, and communicative. The past two experiences have been less than desirable. When I dropped off my car, I was not informed it would be three days until I received my car back, and no loaner car was offered. I was finally offered a loaner car when my keys were lost and the service center could not fix my car. When I returned to have my car fixed, the was no communication that my associate's day off was the following day, and I had to call to try and get an update (which I was not given). Then, it turns out my part was never ordered as promised. It took almost a week to get my car back and when I did, grease was covering the front and back seat. Everytime I asked about the multiple difficulties with my visit, I was told "someone told someone who didn't do it." It made me feel unappreciated and concerned about returning to this location. The manager was very kind and offered a few free services, however this location needs help with their communication. More
