Greeted me and aware of my needs as soon as I arrived. Provided me updates of the progress as we relaxed in the clean, stocked (snack & beverage) waiting area. My wife and parents were very impressed with the overall experience, it was their first time to accompany me. Great customer service Gary greeted me as soon as I pulled into the bay. He already had my info and what needed to be done.
