She took the time to explain everything and the charges up front. I will always bring my car back to Southwest Kia with this type of service. Almost 3 hours to get an oil change WITH an appointment? I made an appointment online two days prior for 3:30 PM to have the first service (free oil change) done on my new 2016 Sorento that I had purchased t I made an appointment online two days prior for 3:30 PM to have the first service (free oil change) done on my new 2016 Sorento that I had purchased there. I arrived shortly before 3:00 PM (30 minutes early) and was checked in. My vehicle was not done until 5:45. In all my years of owning new vehicles I have never had to wait anywhere near that long for a simple oil change. I don't believe making an appointment has ANY bearing on the wait times whatsoever and I probably would have had the same wait time had I just showed up. Perhaps management doesn't understand the concept of an "appointment"? Two years ago my previous experience with another Kia dealer in Arlington was far different. That dealership provides what they call "VIP" service and puts a label on the windshield when you purchase ANY vehicle from them. At that time I owned a base model Kia Soul so it is not like I was a "high profile" customer but I was treated like one. I had a great buying experience at Southwest Kia but their service time turnaround for an oil change on a vehicle I bought there is ridiculous. While waiting I spoke with two other customers in the same predicament as myself. I will not be returning for future service unless it is a warranty issue as I can perform my own oil changes in far less time. The cost of doing it myself far outweighs the cost of my time sitting around waiting there. More

They told me that I either needed another engine or another car, and the latter was the best solution. I already knew Jerry Tonubee so he helped to find one that I can afford. I drove away with a brand new 2017 Kia Soul, with a Bluetooth! I'm excited since I have never owned a new vehicle. Praise God! More
Better each time It seems that each time I bring my Kia in for its regular maintenance, you guys have improved either on the inside service lounge or on how the servic It seems that each time I bring my Kia in for its regular maintenance, you guys have improved either on the inside service lounge or on how the service tech's take care of you at your drive up. The only thing left to improve on is, the seating in the service lounge, the chairs and couches are very worn and have rips and have become uncomfortable to sit on, they just NEED REPLACING! More Than You Expected I took my Forte to have its service done and while waiting I went to the show room to just look around and met a man name Jeff. He asked me if I was I took my Forte to have its service done and while waiting I went to the show room to just look around and met a man name Jeff. He asked me if I was interested in a new car and I told him that my wife and loved the Forte but because of our age it was hard to get in and out of and causing some back problems. Jeff went to work and before I left Southwest Kia I was driving a Kia Sol. We are more than happy with it and deal Jeff got for us. Jeff went beyond what we expected and is the reason we keep returning to Southwest Kia for new cars and service. I just knew I could get Jeff to say, "well, we will just give it to you." but he didn't, but he did the next best thing and that was get us the best deal we could expect. Thanks to Jeff and the staff at Southwest Kia for always making my appointments enjoyable and something that I look forward to.
