Horrible Service Department; does not honor warranty My car was transferred from Central Kia of Plano because the air condition on a 2017 Kia Optima stopped working. After a day and half I was told there My car was transferred from Central Kia of Plano because the air condition on a 2017 Kia Optima stopped working. After a day and half I was told there was no Freon in the car and that they could not find a leak. What car that is less than 2 years old runs of Freon? How do I know there is not some type of leak in the seals and the car has been leaking freon since it was purchased.? Instead I was told they did not know why, air condition covers were missing when the received the car from Kia of Plano, none of this was disclosed by Kia of Plano when I explained to the service adviser there was no follow up by the service department with Kia of Plano. I was just told pay $195 to replace the Freon which isn't covered under warranty. I do not have a problem if some one can explain why the Freon leaked out. - Horrible service and I would not recommend the Kia brand to anyone. I have escalated to Kia America but have little faith that I will get any type resolution.. Kia brand has no ethics or moral uses the long term warranty to sell cars but will not stand behind it when something goes wrong!!! More
Tire service I came by one morning about a tire that had started to break down in the tread and Craig helped me get this fixed and back on the road in no time. Headlight headache Thursday night driving home from work I notice my headlight was out so I knew I had to have it taken care of.
