KUDDOS TO THE SERVICE STAFF Tim/Jason/Garrett, were incredibly instrumental in getting my Son's Optima in Tip Top Shape and ready to head back to college. These guys have a solid Service department that will take care of you and your vehicle so that there are no worries. They went above and beyond on a couple of concerns we had and all is great! My Service Rep was Great I've been to two different Kia dealerships to view cars, and had horrible experiences with their salesmen. I ended up purchasing mine from Driver Sele I've been to two different Kia dealerships to view cars, and had horrible experiences with their salesmen. I ended up purchasing mine from Driver Select, so I wouldn't have to deal with the typical sales xx. There was a software update recommended for my vehicle. I chose this dealership to provide the service, as it was the closest to my home. From the person that answered the phone up to the guy that handled my needs, Garrett Lilly, I would say they provided outstanding service. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, answered any questions I had, performed the service within a reasonable amount of time, made me feel comfortable, everyone smiled and it was an overall great experience. I'm sure had I stepped to the other side of this place and encountered salespersons, this would be a different review. However, I would return to the service department to this particular location when/if needed again. More

Heather has been most helpful in the process I’ve been going through in regards to getting my engine fixed. From calling the warranty company to getting approvals from the adjuster, she’s done her job bey going through in regards to getting my engine fixed. From calling the warranty company to getting approvals from the adjuster, she’s done her job beyond any level of expectation I set. Kia Service department was able to schedule my Sorento in for repair and were accommodating, thorough and exhibited the higher level of customer service excellence. Jason Troy is our regular service person, for repair and were accommodating, thorough and exhibited the higher level of customer service excellence. Horrible Service Experience My 2017 Kia Optima was taken to the dealership because the air conditioner was not cooling. Diagnostics was problem was due to their being no Freon. My 2017 Kia Optima was taken to the dealership because the air conditioner was not cooling. Diagnostics was problem was due to their being no Freon. I was charged $199 for freon replacement. The freon leaked out within 24 hours, car was brought back to the dealership and kept for over 2 weeks as they attempted to find the root cause of leak in the air condition. When the car was returned the air condition worked for a day. Car was brought back to the dealership and was kept for almost a month during which they had to complete take the dashboard out to repair the leak in the air conditioner. Service made very little effort to communicate with me. I escalated to the Service Manager - Jason and Kia Americas and communication did not improve; Car was returned and the drawer has to be forced open to reach Apple Play, the lever for the hood fell off. I have attempted to contact service on numerous times and no one from the service department. I would like some call who will address these issues and not tell me I have to pay any type of repairs. Hood lever falling off, compartment where the Apple Play is located not being accessible are direct result of dashboard being taken out to repair the air condition. More
