Never been so happy with an experience I have never had such a great car buying experience in my life. When I walked in, I was greated warmly by many Kia reps and the manager. I was given I have never had such a great car buying experience in my life. When I walked in, I was greated warmly by many Kia reps and the manager. I was given Michael B. as my salesperson. I LOVED the fact that for once there was no haggling, no sales tatics.....this was the 1st time someone was up front with me, cared about concerns & needs, discussed options, how to help me keep my credit in the up trend that I had worked so hard for. The finance guy was great as well, discussing everything and explaining everything. My time was vaulable to then as it was to me and this was the SHORTEST time EVER spent in a dealership (2 hrs) from beginning to end. I ended up leaving with a brand new 2017 Kia Forte that I am in LOVE with. PLEASE give Kia a chance.....they really work to help you in every way they can. Mike even fixed me a sandwich and snacks while I was there. I can NOT tell you enough how much this experience was so great and I will be back. More
