Prompt and courteous I needed an inspection and had to come late in the month, so expected to be there several hours. Much to my surprise, Craig responded to my question o I needed an inspection and had to come late in the month, so expected to be there several hours. Much to my surprise, Craig responded to my question of how long I might be there as about an hour. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a full hour when he came to get me. He was friendly, but very efficient. It's nice to know you can count on the people who work there to do you right. Craig sure did, though I don't ever remember any bad service. This is a place to do business! More

Heather, Service Department is great ! I needed my headlight replaced, it ended up being the entire assembly. My teenage daughter was helping me out to get the car there and wait on it and I needed my headlight replaced, it ended up being the entire assembly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provide the service that was promised. My engine light had come on the night before, and I mentioned it to him. I said that I thought it had something to do with my gas fill up the night before. He said that he was unable to provide the EVAP Test, because of their being too much gas in the car. He advised me to come back after I had driven some of the gas down, and he would check it for me. I could not have been more pleased with my service from Mr. Lozier. More
