Excellent Customer Service Sales Well I first read all the reviews on many different review sites because I was surprised at the negative reviews. Let me say I am a buyer not a shoppe Well I first read all the reviews on many different review sites because I was surprised at the negative reviews. Let me say I am a buyer not a shopper. I do my homework before I buy anything. I researched several cars comparing them to the Optima. Once I decided on the Optima I contacted and received pricing from 6 different dealerships. My goal in buying a car is to get the best pricing via, phone calls, texts and emails. Until I get the pricing I'm looking for I don't visit the dealership. Southwest Kia was the dealership I found the best pricing by a large margin. I made an appointment and the process began. Sierra was my sales person and all I can say is she was extremely helpful and went well beyond the normal customer service I expect. I was looking at a silver car and then the sangria caught my eye. Unfortunately they did not have one at their location. No problem, she made a call and one from their Dallas location was brought over. She had them park it next to the silver car. The decision was made. I'm not sure why the negative reviews but it might possibly be because the people were unprepared to buy the car. All I can say is that the customer service from the time I got to the dealership, to when I drove off with my new sangria Optima was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership. I do have a recommendation for any car buyer. Start with a not to exceed price and stick to it. Make sure you know what model you want and why. Narrow your color down to 1 or 2. Most importantly prepare to take all the time you need so that you don't rush your purchase and settle for a car instead of getting what you want with the price you need. If you do this you will have a great experience like I did at Southwest Kia Mesquite. Highly recommend this dealership! More

My experiences with the service department primarily in Naples, FL had been really bad; they are unprofessional and the service manager (Mike) im sorry for my language, is a huge dick. He could care less about the customers and it shows through both his demeanor and actions. SW Kia in Mesquite gave me hope; hope in that perhaps there exists some decent people that work for this company. More
