Horrible Service Department; does not honor warranty My car was transferred from Central Kia of Plano because the air condition on a 2017 Kia Optima stopped working. After a day and half I was told there My car was transferred from Central Kia of Plano because the air condition on a 2017 Kia Optima stopped working. After a day and half I was told there was no Freon in the car and that they could not find a leak. What car that is less than 2 years old runs of Freon? How do I know there is not some type of leak in the seals and the car has been leaking freon since it was purchased.? Instead I was told they did not know why, air condition covers were missing when the received the car from Kia of Plano, none of this was disclosed by Kia of Plano when I explained to the service adviser there was no follow up by the service department with Kia of Plano. I was just told pay $195 to replace the Freon which isn't covered under warranty. I do not have a problem if some one can explain why the Freon leaked out. - Horrible service and I would not recommend the Kia brand to anyone. I have escalated to Kia America but have little faith that I will get any type resolution.. Kia brand has no ethics or moral uses the long term warranty to sell cars but will not stand behind it when something goes wrong!!! More

However we got inside and started talking and he directed me into the path of looking at a Kia Rio since it's small and compact like I was looking for. Next thing you know we are making deals, signing papers, and leaving satisfied with a brand new 2019 Kia Rio! Beyond blessed to have had Keenan helping us along the way. He's truly a great salesman!! great service,and sales I had a 2013 Kia Soul Base. Purchased from dealer new in Tyler. After several services in Tyler I was unsatisfied with service due to a alignment pr I had a 2013 Kia Soul Base. Purchased from dealer new in Tyler. After several services in Tyler I was unsatisfied with service due to a alignment problem from new. Tire wear right front. I visited you store in 2014 for a service The first thing your service did was to check the alignment, I was out big time. I asked your service writer to put down the correct alignment settings. The next day I had my local tire dealer to set it correct on their machine, I worked with the tech. and had him show me exactly how far it was out. I then drove to Tyler Kia dealer and told them they would never see me again an why!! After about three more services at you store I had a problem with the Transmission. I had let my granddaughter drive the car one time and she broke the third gear synchronizer ring at 34,000 miles. I drove car to your store and your service team replaced the transmission and let me drive a loner car for five days while the work was done at no cost to me. At this time you had a customer for life. I returned the car last week for a recall, and while it was being fixed, I bought a 2020 Kia Soul and traded in the 2013 with 91,000 miles on it. I really like this new car. Smooth, Quite, Good mileage, and I really like the stile. Since I live 136 miles southeast from your store I may not bring it in for every service but will try to think of some reason to visit Dallas when service is due. More
