My original appointment was with another sales rep, Howe he was busy, so they put me with Elijah. Elijah was very nice working with. He was very professional and polite and didn’t waste my time by showing m he was busy, so they put me with Elijah. Elijah was very nice working with. I told Elijah if they can’t finance with no higher payment than I told him I’m not doing all this back and forth and them trying to make my payment even higher or I WILL WALK, AND IM DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT IT. Once I selected my vehicle and was set in the lobby to wait for financing maybe five minutes before going back to financing where the person closing my purchase listened very well to me and was able to get my interest rate reduced even lower. The financing part took roughly an hour maybe a little more. That day the weather was very very cold out so I would say Elijah was a true champ with working on the different cars I had to choose from. More

I want to take the time to tell you about the service department. I bought a new 2022 Kia Sorento that needed some things done after buying it. I thought I’d run out of options till I went on and found t department. I bought a new 2022 Kia Sorento that needed some things done after buying it. I thought I’d run out of options till I went on and found the service dept email who turn out to be “Bill (William) Miles”! I can’t tell you how grateful I am to this man. He got right on my situation and immediately got my Kia fixed and even had my add-ons put on in a week! I will always take my Kia there to be serviced. Garrett, his right-hand man, was so helpful and called me everyday with updates of what they were doing, Bill even followed up with me. I’m so thankful I found Bill Miles email, otherwise I think I would still be wondering where my parts are. I had to return for another thing the following day and I was greeted by a very sweet young man named Prince. He took my car in to be serviced, showed me where to come and wait, then made me some hazelnut coffee. These gentlemen need to be noticed, along with whoever worked and did amazing job on my Kia. I’m so proud I came to this dealership. Not only did I get an amazing vehicle, but my service from the service department was by far the best experience. I will only have my Kia servied here.
