Mr. Seale: I have already left you a email message with my thoughts and treatment I received at your dealership, this is not the first time that I was treated in the way of not helping single mothers and people on a fixed income. If you tell your sales people that in-house financing is available why do you not offer that possibilty to your customers? Six months ago I came in with the same trade-in and was told no in-house fiancing and that I should wait another six months and then come in again. Well, this is what I did and this is the result I received when I came in a week ago. I waited that six months and again I was turned away, telling me to wait another six months. I believe with all my heart your dealership is not looking out for it's future customers whose credit is not the best in this day and ecomomy. I will be waiting for your response to this email.
