We did not plan on really buying a new car, but we did. Kelsey Allen helped us with our purchase, Kelsey's personality is exceptional along with his knowledge of the Kia product. Gary Wells is an intelligent and good person, he knows his Kia and he knows how to sync !! He helped us so much and made us feel "not stupid" regarding setting up our car. Victor is one of the best. He follows up and makes sure you are happy. He is not one that after the sale forgets about you. Service Department always follows up and handles things nicely. I bought my 1st car Jan of 2010 and in May I had a wreck. I can't tell you how AWESOME Gary was!! He was SO nice and called me personally to stay updated on the process of my car being fixed. Jerry was very pleasant to work with and knew his trade very well. He took good care of me throughout the whole purchase process. I have had several trips to the dealership for nails in my tires. Michael was very helpful each time. I have had a couple of other issues with the car, and I always look for Michael now when I need help. my tires. Michael was very helpful each time. I am disappointed with a few of the things that have already broken on the mini van that we purchased new in 2007. The door handle broke, which Michael helped me get fixed promptly. We have also had the handle on the ceiling in the interior of the van pull out and the small mirror that pops out of the ceiling at the front of the car has a broken hinge. These are not things that have been used much and I was surprised that they have broken already. I have not asked to have them fixed because they are not vital to our use of the car, and I was not sure that they would be under warranty. More
